Comments in Review is just garbage html code?

Hi,

All comments and reviews in Review 360 now show as html code only and impossible to work with....is something going on?

Sorry to hear you've hit this snag with the comments added to Review 360! Happy to help!

Testing the behavior on my end, I was unable to reproduce the same issue.

  • Does this issue occur across multiple browsers, or is it local to one specifically? Also, would accessing Review 360 via an Incognito Window make any difference?
  • Have you tried clearing the browser cache to see if that improves the behavior?
