Is anyone else having an issue with the comments area of Review 360. We can get it to appear but it doesn't allow any text to be inputted. Tried different browsers and logged in again. This is happening to multiple people in my team

A helpful first step would be to confirm that 'Enable Comments' has been selected. That checkmark is an icon so it may look like it's enabled, but you need to click the enable comments button.
