Courses in Review 360 don't match what we have published earlier

Essentially, we published a bunch of courses a year ago (using Review 360) onto our website. When I went back to edit the published courses, some of them were not there. We haven't deleted any of them in the last year. The courses that are published don't line up with the courses I see in Review 360. Also, it seems like some of the originally published courses are divided into multiple sections as opposed to being one course. Any tips to fix this? Do I have to recreate all the original (missing) courses or is there a way to recover any of them?
