Export SCORM1.2 not working properly

When I publish a video from Replay to Review 360 and Export to LSM SCORM 1.2 file when I upload the file to my companies LSM site I am getting the following error when hitting the Save and close button after it loads to 100%.  I am able to post SCORM 1.2 files that I created a month ago, but not the ones I created today.   Was there an update to the system that would cause SCORM 1.2 files to not export properly?  Is anyone else having this issue?

When you say LSM site, are you referring to your company's learning management system?
