My team has a number of RISE courses, into which we pull Storyline content from Articulate Review. Is there a way to lock those Storyline resources in Articulate Review so that they do not absentmindedly get deleted, thus leaving a gaping hole in our RISE course?
Like most, we also use Articulate Review for sending content to SME's, reviewing content, etc. It would be good If we could lock or somehow designate the pieces that are actually being pulled live into RISE. Thoughts? Thanks.
When you insert a Storyline block, it brings in the published course and is not tied to the course in Review. Thus if you make changes and publish to 360 or delete a course, it has no effect on the course that's inserted into the Rise Storyline block.
