Missing Comments in Review

Hi there, 

I normally receive updates from colleagues adding comments in Review. My colleague spent a few hours creating feedback for me but I didn't receive a single notification and when I've looked (and I've looked at all versions of my file) there's nothing there. 

I've submitted this as a bug but I'm wondering if this is a common issue and if there's anyway I can retrieve the work she's done?
