When I published a new version of an existing course that had many comments, only one comment passed through to the current version. The option to show all resolved comments does not have any effect. I have not had this problem with other courses.
Was the affected course created in Rise 360? If yes, did you publish the course as a new item, or did you make a copy of your course and republish it over your existing one? If so, it would be treated as a new course and not roll your comments over.
