Anybody having issues with Review 360 not loading? I get an error that I don't have an internet connection, which is false. Proof, I made this comment and posted it to your website.
Sorry for the trouble! I've just published a course from Rise 360 to Review 360 and it loaded without any issues. I am also using Chrome as the browser. Which browser are you using?
I have been having this issue with Review 360 off and on for a few weeks - including yesterday and today. As well as other issues with comments disappearing in Review 360 and the slide #'s not showing in feedback. Status page shows all is fine.
Same here, I have problem with one of my projects but some projects work fine. However it is still very important to make my review -links link for all my projects. It doesn´t work upload manually.
When you say you’re having a problem with one of your projects, do you mean you can’t publish to Review 360, or that you can’t load it after publishing?

Hello - I am having the same issue in Review 360 where my SMEs are being told they are offline and comments are disappearing. I am not in a position to have some of the high level SMEs clear cache or switch browsers. What can be done to make the review experience less frustrating?
We just released the fix for the issue reported where Comments are not being saved in Review 360.
Since Review 360 is a web app, there's nothing to install! New features and fixes are available immediately.

Review 360 was momentarily down and is back up and running now. We are continuing to monitor and you can follow along with our status here as well.
