Review 360 will not attach the to correct Storyline account to publish file

I have a business account and an account for a contract I am currently working on. Previously, if I am signed into Storyline through my contract account, I can publish my file to the contract account Today, I am not able to even though I am signed into the contract account when I publish my file, the previous versions of the file are not available to select. I found a workaround by going to Review 360 and updating the file. I have cleared my browsing cashe and cookies and restarted the computer.

I use a different browser for each account, and I am using Edge. 

 

Any suggestions?
