Hi, I work mostly on Articulate 360 and Rise 360. I publish some of my courses on my account's Review 360 and others on a client's account. When I log into my account I can easily access Review 360 but when I log into the client's account to retrieve something from Review I almost always have issues. I especially need this when designing Rise courses. Attached are examples of how the two accounts display in Review when logged in. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Each Articulate 360 user has its own Review 360 account. Are you logged in as your client when creating and publishing content to Review 360?
