It occurred when I was trying to publish to Review. At first I was getting an exception error in SL but after 10 mins this dialogue went to "There's something wrong on our end. Try it again very soon" type of message. Five mins later it was published successfully. But on clicking "View project" I believe, I was confronted with this error message. Since then, we've reconciled our differences and all's well. I was simply curious.

That doesn't jump out at me as something that I've seen before. Google Search is coming up fruitless as well.
What were you doing when you experienced the issue? Is this within any course or a particular one?
