Great question on how deleting content works. When you delete it, we conduct a soft-delete so that it's no longer visible in the list to you as an author nor can users access it using the link you previously shared with them. If you need it deleted entirely, we'll be able to conduct that on request (for any security/privacy concerns you might have) but it's also worth taking a look at our Trust center in terms of how we respect your work. You also have 150 GB of storage with an individual Articulate 360 subscription and unlimited storage with Articulate Teams...so plenty of space if your concerned about size!
Since there is a 150 GB limit to storage for individual Articulate 360 subscriptions, those of us with those subscriptions will want to delete the files once we have them completed and up on our own LMSs. Otherwise, we'll eventually all hit the 150 GB mark, some of us sooner than later. Do we request a complete deletion from Articulate at that time, same as for security/privacy concerns?
