Share Review360 files with team members

I can't seem to find a way to share my Review360 files directly with my team member, without sending them the sharing link. Given we both have a seat in our team, it seems like an own-goal to not have this functionality?

Could someone advise if this is something I'm just not seeing, or whether it's not an option please.

In order to better assist you, I have a quick question:

1. What authoring tool within Articulate 360 are you using?

- If you are using Rise 360, you have the option to add a collaborator so you can work on the same Rise 360 course at the same time!
