Unable to publish for review

Hi All,

 

When publishing a course for review, the page stays spinning:

Publishing Course…
You will receive an email when publishing is complete

 

Same issue using

  • Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • IE Version 11.0.9600.19100

 

Has anyone else resolved a similar issue?

Hi Laura and Doug,

Are you publishing from Rise to Review? Our team is investigating an issue right now where exporting to LMS, Articulate Review, and PDF in Rise is currently unavailable.

We'll let you know as soon as we have more info and we'll keep our Articulate Status page updated as well. You can also subscribe to email updates. We're so sorry for any trouble!
