I am recording videos (audio and screen capture) using Storyline ('record my screen' option) and then I add these videos into Rise as a Storyline interaction. Once I publish to Review 360 some of my reviewers are having issues where the videos start mid-sentence or the audio cuts in/ out and in some cases the audio will work fine and then when they replay the video it doesn't work at all. I can't figure out what is going wrong because they all work fine for me in Review 360 and a couple of my other reviewers do not have issues with the videos either. It seems to be just a couple of reviewers.
I'm sorry that's happening, and smart move to also open a case! It looks like you're in great hands with our Support team, and Anna replied back to see if opening port 443 and allowlist the domains helps. 🤞
