ADD ITEM in "Numbered List" triggers "Something Went Wrong" message

Hi,

Hi, in Numbered List, when I add an item the system crashes and I get this "Something went wrong" message. I then have to refresh the page to see the new blank added item. How can I stop it doing this? It's taking a long time to add several items.
