Amending the term "Lesson" in default Rise navigation between sections

Is there any way to amend the term "Lesson" in the theme or preferences within Rise with regards to navigating between sections?

Currently if you scroll to the bottom of a section (or back to the top) the built in Rise navigation appears for users to click to move to the following or previous section (as per screengrab attached) - can this text be modified?

I can turn them off completely in the theme, which is a pretty blunt workaround, but would prefer to keep them and amend them like you can in the settings panel for other on screen instruction text.
