If I export a course from storyline 360 to TalentLMS both the animation and scorm files work perfectly, however if I import an animated slide from 360 into Rise and then export to LMS in scorm 1.2 format the animation and triggers does not work and the format of the scorm file draws through incorrectly e.g. 80% will show as 0.80.
Is the scorm capabilities in 360 and Rise not the same? What can I do to fix this?

I'm not sure that I'm following your question here.
Are you seeing the same thing if you upload the content to SCORM Cloud or is the issue only happening in your LMS?
If you are able to replicate, could you share your files so that we can take a look and understand your report a bit better?
