Articulate 360 users: Update your allowed endpoints before installing the next update
Jul 09, 2019
We’re improving the Articulate 360 sign-in experience and have added a new network endpoint.
If your working environment doesn’t require you to add endpoints to your allowlist or you’ve already allowed *.articulate.com, there’s no action needed.
If your working environment does require that you add specific endpoints to your allowlist, you’ll need to add id.articulate.com to your allowlist before you install the next Articulate 360 update (planned for July 23, 2019) so there is no interruption to access for your users.
We regularly make improvements to our underlying software infrastructure. To avoid having to add individual endpoints in the future, we recommend that you add *.articulate.com to your allowlist. For more details, check out this article.

Hi,
The whitelisting needs to be done at our local server level or it's need to be done in our public domain where the published output from storyline and rise activity are live?
Great question, Suman. The allowlist is for your network environment where course authors work. This enhancement is specific to how course authors sign in to the Articulate 360 desktop apps. It won't affect where you host your published output.
.....improvements to the Articulate 360 sign-in experience on Tuesday, September 3. Can you explain in more detail what will happen on tis date ?
Hi there, Jens. The maintenance window will be about four hours long, between 10 PM EST and 2 AM EST. While we’re working on it, Articulate 360, the Articulate website, and the E-Learning Heroes community will be unavailable. Once we're back online, you will be able to sign into these services again as usual.
