Ask for help of Rise 360

I created some courses in Rise 360 in a trail account. And due to a good using experience, i decided to subscribe the Articulate 360 but I can not send courses that I created in the original trail account to a subscribed account, could anyone can help me to restore the sharing function because i want to send it to a new account, thanks a lot. And the original account is nyliu@trip.com
