We have a number of courses in RISE where we have recorded audio in Storyline so we can edit it, exported the audio to mp3 and then uploaded into RISE. When doing this the audio seems to distort, and loose quality, it's fine when we add a Storyline block with audio. Any advice? You also sometimes get random 'bumps' in the exported/imported audio that are not present when the audio is listened to prior to exporting from Storyline.
Would you mind sending a copy of one of your MP3 files to our team? We'd love to test it from our side and compare how it sounds outside of Rise 360 vs. imported into a Rise 360 lesson.
