I am working with over 100 CBT's that on occasion are edited by various members of my team. My team has about 30 members that will need collaboration access to these files when in Rise 360. I need a way to add these members in bulk rather than adding a collaboration invite to every member on every CBT. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Karl is spot on — if you want to have shared access to courses, you should add each person manually to each course as a collaborator.
The link you shared is more about managing the people on your team, but it's not for shared access to courses. If we add a feature that makes it easier for teams to collaborate and share content, we'll let you know!

Unfortunately Rise does not have any automated or bulk collaboration functions.
You have to add each person manually to each course as a collaborator.
