Automatic scroll too high when moving between content

Hi all,
I have a Rise 360 course embedded as an iframe at the bottom of a webpage. When the user presses continue or uses the sidebar to switch between lessons/content, the browser automatically scrolls up. I assume the expected behavior is that it scrolls to the top of the course/iframe, however, it automatically scrolls up too high so that the iframe seems halfway down the browser and the user has to scroll back down each time. It has a horrible impact on the user experience. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
I've attached a video of the behavior
Thanks

I should add that it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the content types as it happens with quizzes and lessons alike.
Hi Nora! I see that Rowie, one of our technical engineers has reached out to you via case 03035382. Kindly check your email.
Hi Nora, were you able to resolve it? And how? I am having similar issues when switching between lessons. Instead of showing the user the top of the lesson, it starts showing content halfway between the course. It happens when the user clicks to move from one section to another.
Hi Naima! It looks like you've submitted a support case for this issue. My colleague, Darrell, has requested additional information. Please check your mailbox for his email regarding case #03407818 so he can continue to assist you. Thanks!
Hello Lea! Would you mind posting the solution to this issue within this thread? Thank you!
Hi Faculty Success,
Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!
It doesn't look like there was further troubleshooting done in Naima's support case, but I'm happy to jump in here if you need some help! Are you experiencing a similar issue with your course? If possible, can you please provide some detail on what you're seeing or send a copy of your course in support case?
I'll look out for your reply!
