I am a first-time user of Rise 360 and am creating an employee training course for our company. We are a small company (around 50 employees). For this course, I don't need to track progress. We don't have a reliable way to share the course through an LMS right now, so I am wondering: could I just use the share function in Rise 360 and send the link to employees to complete the training? I'm just wondering if there are any drawbacks to this sharing method I have not anticipated.

Hi Chris,
The biggest problem with using the SHARE link, is that this method does not generate any student records.
So you won't know who did the training or if they completed it.
Also, every time a student goes back to a course in progress, they will have to start over from the beginning each time.
Thanks, Karl. I will definitely need to think about those issues. Is there a limitation regarding the number of students the link can be shared with?
Hi Chris! There is no limit to the number of viewers at a Share link, but we do monitor usage for extreme cases (think many 1000s of users).
