Hello! I am creating video (embedding via Vimeo) and audio courses in Rise for our customers. I've had some prospects report that the courses are buffering on their iPhone and iPad. I just tested myself and see some buffering at the beginning of some of the Rise lesson pages. We are using all custom blocks and outputting in SCORM 1.2. Any suggestions?
Thanks for sharing the images - I'd love to test the Rise course myself as from the pictures it didn't seem that it was just the videos that were causing the slow loading, but the course as a whole. Have you seen the same behavior on a desktop browser?
