I have previously signed up for a free trial of Rise, and I developed two courses in there. Then I signed up for a paid subscription sometime later using a different email address. Can I get these two courses I developed in Rise, copied over to my new paid subscription?

Are you still able to access your free trial? If so, sign into it and use the Send a Copy Feature to send your courses right to your new account:

I do not have access to my free trial anymore. Is there anyway I can get it back? This is what I see when I try to log in.
