I have a course where we are giving participants 3 attempts to pass the quiz. If they have exhausted the attempts and have not passed the quiz, I want the course status to change to complete. Can that be done using Rise 360?
Hi John! There isn't an option in Rise 360 to manually set a user's completion status. Rise 360 sends a completion status to your learning management system (LMS) as soon as learners meet the completion requirement.
If you want your learners to still get a completed status even without passing the quiz, you may want to change the tracking or the reporting option when you publish your course. You can learn more about this in the article below:
