I am exporting a Rise course using the Web option. When I open the zip file that is generated and launch the index.html file a new window opens but it is blank/white. Any ideas why this is happening? I am using Google Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit). I have also tried in Internet Explorer and it won't open either. I have shut everything down and started the computer again. What else can I try? Very frustrated, as I can't load the file to our company's website and have a deadline today... Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Check out this short video that will walk you through each step! The key here is to right-click the zipped file and click Extract All >> Extract. You'll see that in the video I linked above.
