Good news! Now you can create shared team folders in Review 360 to organize your content, assign permissions, and invite collaborators. This enhancement allows multiple authors to publish new versions of a course to the same Review 360 project.
Give this new feature a try, and let us know if you have any questions about it!

Thanks Chino. No worries, this was mainly to share with Alyssa as she asked anyone to post a video when it happened as it is hard to replicate as it is so random. So was just trying to help out. I am fine with fixing it myself as long as my right course is in the list. Just an odd bug that hopefully the RISE development team can continue to review to see what triggers it :) Happy Friday!
Hi All,
I am facing this issue too, I do not get an option to publish a new version of an existing item
Luckily a colleague is able to do it on my behalf so I have been able to progress today, but there still seems to be a slight glitch with this action - I just wanted to flag this
Thank you
Kind Regards

Up voting for the Course Manager's ability to publish a new version to an existing. I'm actually not sure what the downside would be to allowing Course Collaborators to do so as well. This is a pain point for our team. Thank you for considering.
