Cannot Access a Lesson within a course

I am having trouble accessing a lesson in one of my Rise courses. It tells me that I edited it 3 days ago, and when I attempt to "take control", it just loads a blank page. It also won't allow me to view the page if I preview the course. I duplicated the lesson, and I have the same issue. I even copied the lesson to a different course, and now have the same problem there. It makes me think there is an issue with some content inside of the lesson? Any help would be appreciated, I need to finish this course quickly but can't even delete it.

clear your browser cache - it might be holding an older version.
That's the first thing I tried, I also tried accessing it from different browsers, even a different device.
Bummer - I was hoping it would be a quick fix for you ;-)

Thanks Alyssa! Rowie was able to help. It turns out there was a scenario block with a bad character property. Rowie replaced the character and now we are good to go. :)
