Having a glitch in navigation on the RISE content. If you go to the course page, click directly on lesson, it takes you to a blank page, even though the lesson content is complete. If you go to the course page, click on 'Start course' or any other lesson FIRST, then click on the lesson that takes you to a blank page, it directs properly and shows the lesson content. Navigation setting is 'free'. Any ideas? When a user goes to the page, they should be able to click on any lesson and view content.
Hi Wilmur! So sorry to hear that your course is taking you to a blank page when you click on Start Course or a Lesson. Is the behavior the same in all supported browsers? Or does it behave that way only in a specific browser?
Can you also try to go into Incognito (Pressing Ctrl + Shift + n for Windows, or Press ⌘ + Shift + n for Mac switches you to Incognito mode and disables all browser plugins.) then test the course again, is the behavior the same?
