I am experiencing an issue with editing existing text of inserted into Rise. It only let's me overwrite existing text, not insert additional text. I've tried pressing the insert key on my keyboard and it does not resolve the issue. It's really annoying to have to re-write everything in the existing text when maybe all i needed to do was add an, "is."
In most editors, Rise included, the insert key toggles between insert mode and overwrite mode. In Rise, if you are in insert mode you should see a vertical bar where your cursor is. I hope this fixes your issue.
Thank you! It was all of the blocks. What was odd, is that I was able to insert text and it changed by itself. I signed out and cleared my cache and that resolved the issue!

I just tried editing an existing rise course and I'm not having an issue.
Which specific block has the issue or any block with text in it?
Have you tried signing out, clearing your cache and signing back in - sometimes that works for me if I have issues.
