Cannot locate the change image button for labeled graphics

Hi, I'm trying to change the graphic for labeled graphics. I can't seem to locate it. I looked at the video to change or add a graphic to a marker and saw there was a change graphic at the bottom of the balloon graphic, but it is not one on my screen.
