Certification for a Rise course

Hi all, sorry if you've read this all before, but I'm new to Articulate and, so far,  (just using Rise) I love it.  But the question I'm being asked is can Rise produce a certificate for a completed course?   Or could it be produced in Storyline and "plugged into" a Rise course?  It could end up being a deal-breaker for me using the software, so I really want the answer to be yes!  Thanks in advance.  sarah
