I recently used an internal, corporate Rise template to build a new course. I accidentally edited the template itself instead of creating a copy of it. I now notice that one of my co-workers owns the course and I am not able to review or publish it. My co-worker cannot see this course at all. Is there a way to change the ownership to me?
The persons that can see a course is their Rise dashboard is the Course Owner, and any assigned Course Collaborators.
The current Course Owner can transfer ownership to any other team member. The outgoing course owner will automatically become a regular Course Collaborator.

Thanks for the response. The problem is that the owner doesn't see it in her library - so she can't transfer ownership.
In that case have the course owner open a Tech Support case:
