Hello. In my rise course, I have a labeled graphic section and added videos on each marker. I added closed caption files, which show up perfectly fine, but when I click "picture-in-picture", the video continues to play on a larger screen but the cc doesn't show up there.
How can I make the closed caption show up in the picture-in-picture video as well?
You are right! I tried this for my self and the closed captions aren't appearing in the picture-in-picture video. Thanks for getting this to our attention. I will let the team know about this.
