I have a course built in Rise 360 that is set so lessons have to be completed in order.
For some when relaunching. It shows sections not completed that are, but bookmarks them to where they left off. I've seen people who reached the end but when relaunching it doesn't show 100%
I attached a screenshot showing that a lesson has been accessed but the previous lesson doesn't show that it was completely accessed.

- Is this published for LMS? If so, what publishing settings were used, e.g., SCORM 1.2?
You can try publishing for SCORM 2004 which has a higher limit for resume data and test this in SCORM Cloud to compare the results with your LMS.
