Continue button not rendering in LMS at random points

Hi everyone,

We are experiencing a strange issue with a couple of our courses after a recent revision to our training program.

We use Cornerstone as our LMS. We have now had a handful of users who have reached out that there is no continue button for them to proceed in the course. This is happening at random points in each course and in different courses. We have yet to have two occur in the same place. 

I have used the proxy function to ensure they aren't missing anything and can confirm that there is just no continue button. We also have the side pane navigation turned off so that is not an option to continue. 

I am wondering if anyone has experienced this before and may know what may be causing it? It did not seem to be an issue prior to this update.
