We opened up a Rise Module today to make some minor changes and have been horrified that the unit appears to have been corrupted. Some tick in the box markers have broken away from their paragraphs and have randomly appeared further down in the text.
Can we recover the Module?

I am betting this is a temporary glitch and not a permanent one. Have you tried other browsers?
That's what I hoped for too. However, it is there with Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Mozilla.
So, it looks as though the unit has been corrupted.

This happened randomly when we were just changing the font of a text field from bold to normal. It's scary!
