Course Author

Hi, I want to add a course author to some internal content which has been developed in Rise 360, but you don't seem to be able to just add free-text into that field.
I've discovered that if you are a collaborator, the drop down menu will give an option of choosing any of those names listed, so I have tried to add the person as a collaborator so that this became available.
However, when I tried to add his email address, it got stuck on "inviting" and wouldn't add him as a collaborator. I have my name, as the creator which comes up automatically, and another colleague, but that's it.
Are you limited to how many collaborators you can add or is there a way to manually change the author name in that field without having to add another person as a collaborator?

If you are all in the same Rise teams account, all you need to do is to add the email address of the person you want to add as a collaborator.
This email address should of course be the email address associated with this persons' RIse 360 account.
Hi Elaine,
I belive that author collaborating is limited to members with Teams Subscriptions only. Authors don't have to be in the same Articulate Team as you, but they must have a team subscription in order to be added as an author. I hope that helps.
