When I try to export a course that I created on my rise account it says "Export Successful" however there are no zip files shown in the downloaded files or anywhere in my computer. I do not know why this is happening. I have never had a problem before. Could you help?

Did you get an email confirming that the export had been completed?
In the email there is a link to download the ZIP file.
