courses not loading

I've been working in rise  for the last two days and as i've come back from lunch my courses wonlt load onto the dashboard, it's just the loading circle then a message pops up to contact support if the issue continues.

I'm up against a deadline and could really do with finishing these off asap. Can anyone help?

Hi, Rachel. We've identified an outage with Rise 360 where you may see prolonged loading time followed by an error when accessing Rise 360 or when trying to view a Share link for a Rise 360 course.
