Courses not loading in Rise 360

I have been working in my company Articulate account the last few weeks. However, when I logged in this morning I was unable to access any content. My colleague has tried and was able to login and view content without any difficulty. My profile however, just gets stuck on a loading page.

I've tried other articulate logins and they work fine. It seems to just be my work profile.

Does anyone know why this could be happening?
