Courses stuck on loading page

A number of my courses are stuck on loading and have been intermittently for a few weeks, but now it has become permanent with a three-hour wait before a learner gave up today. This is damaging to our learner experience, and ultimately to our business which we run with Articulate 360 as our choice of software. 
It is frustrating for all concerned. 
For reference, we have tried across several browsers and in cognito mode to no avail.
