I uploaded our corporate font - Arial into RISE (per the instructions) but they are not being applied in the headers of the course(Example: If i have used Tab interactions, headers are not the font which i have uploaded).
They are in the correct .WOFF format and I've clicked all the right boxes. Any suggestions on troubleshooting or familiarity with this issue?
We're experiencing the same issue with Crimson woff as a heading font. Attached is a capture of what we're seeing. The issue exists on the main course page and in assorted places throughout the course (i.e., note block). We opened a ticket in mid-September but are no closer to a solution two months later.
Kathryn, we'll have a fix coming for this behavior with the course title fonts soon! Applying custom fonts to buttons and the course menu are not yet on the roadmap, but we'll follow up with you if we make that change as well.
