Desired Feature: 2 Blocks on 1 Column or Line

I was discussing with my team and peers about the desire to have an image block and a numbered list block appear on 1 column/line - right next to one another. A process we were creating an eLearning for had an image that we wanted to list the steps next to instead of underneath the image to help the learner digest the information together. Also we really liked how the numbered list formatting looks rather than the image & text block numbered list formatting. Rather, we were commiserating about how this multi block single column layout is not available. 

Are other designers wanting this layout option? 

Are there any plans for future updates to include this layout?
