Display Modes (Default, Dark & Dyslexic)

Hey,

I've made the foundations for a modification which allows learners to select three different display modes: Default, Dark & Dyslexic. It does not rely on any user installation or configuration but requires additional files, so only works on exported courses. It's not perfect but it's better than nothing(...?).

This is a side project which I'm planning on sharing with the Rise community once it's finished (if there's interest). It works, but the stylesheets are incomplete so it's not ready to share.

Before I put more time into this:
@Articulate - are you already working on this functionality?
@Rise Users - would anyone actually use this?
