I want to distribute Rise content directly to my target without using an LMS, Web format, etc. via a link for example. How can I proceed ? I know that there is the possibility of using the “Share” option but I have the impression that this option is more intended for revision between colleagues, or experts, during the production phase and not for distribution to the public.

To get a link you have to publish your Rise somewhere, e.g. to a web server.
