Do my projects will be saved after my trial version period?

Hello Articulate Community. Today, articulate gave me an unexpected message that my trial version has expired. I don't remember exactly when had it started (I was not expecting it to expire so quickly though). The account was with my personal ID. Now, I have requested my company to to provide me a subscription-based account. They have agreed to provide one but that will definitely be with company ID. Now, I am worried about a course I created in my trial version as I have not saved it to my Hard drive. Will I be able to recover that course? Thanks

Welcome to the Rise forums.

Yes, the course can be transferred to your new account.

However, as your trial account has expired, you  need to ask Tech Support to do it for you.

Note that you cannot save a Rise course to a hard drive.
