Trial End with Content to Transfer

Hi All, I created a course in the trial of the Articulate 360 using my own personal details as at the time I was unsure if I/my unit would like it or find it useful.

I was happy with the product and now have begun a version for my unit under the details attached to the company and not me as an individual. Unfortunately I waited to long to transfer or share my course with the new log in and now my trial has ended. I don't want to buy a subscription for that log in but now I cannot access the course to transfer it.

Can this be done in any other way?

The quickest way to resolve this issue is to reach out to our Support Team. You can submit a case here.

They can help determine if there are any options available for retrieving the course from your ended trial. They will likely offer to extend your trial for a few days so you can transfer the course.
